Description
The Operations & Logistics Manager - Niseko leads back-office support for Rhythm Rides’ Niseko operation, including backcountry rentals and equipment, vehicles, lift passes, facilities, uniforms, program logistics, and administrative coordination. The role manages and deploys operations support staff, maintains equipment and vehicle readiness, reconciles operational records, and coordinates with Lessons, Backcountry, Guest Services, and other departments. It is a seasonal fixed-term salaried position from 15 October 2026 to 14 April 2027, with compensation based on experience and a travel allowance of up to ¥150,000.
