Description
The role manages rooftop solar maintenance activities, including scheduling preventive and corrective work, supervising technicians, coordinating with Customer Service, preparing technical reports, tracking warranty claims, managing spare parts and equipment, and closing service tickets within SLAs. It also supports internal process improvements, escalates installation or material issues, and assists regional or utility operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline, strong rooftop solar knowledge, the ability to lead field technicians, and familiarity with ISO quality, environmental, and safety standards.
