Description
The County Facilities Maintenance Worker performs construction, repair, maintenance, and restoration work on county buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment. The role includes preventive maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, welding, landscaping, snow removal, event support, equipment operation, inventory management, and supervision of subordinate staff. It requires a high school diploma or GED, three to four years of progressively responsible related experience or equivalent education, training, and experience, a valid state driver's license, and participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
