Description
The Operations Controller will split responsibilities between 50% plant-level financial control at Plant Ninove and 50% Benelux procurement financial control. The role analyzes production and purchasing performance, supports budgets and forecasts, monitors risks and improvement projects, maintains internal controls and compliance, and partners with plant and procurement management. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field, 3–5 years of finance or controlling experience, ERP familiarity, and fluent Dutch and English.
