Amgen is hiring an EOS & EHS COE Associate to support the development, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations and Environmental, Health, and Safety capabilities across sites and regions. The role maintains process frameworks, standards, documentation, knowledge repositories, and maturity metrics; supports operational analytics, compliance, training, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operational excellence; and owns COE safety-related programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–9 years of experience, and on-site work in Hyderabad with global collaboration.
