Description
Prometheus Federal Services is hiring an experienced VA Operations & Program Integration Subject Matter Expert to support large-scale Veterans Health Administration transformation initiatives, including enterprise patient scheduling, digital health modernization, and cross-functional operational improvement. The role leads program integration across government, contractor, technology vendor, and implementation teams; establishes governance and reporting frameworks; analyzes business processes; manages requirements, risks, schedules, and dependencies; and supports executive decision-making and healthcare operations modernization. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of federal healthcare program experience, at least 7 years leading program management or business transformation, and the ability to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship and obtain a public trust. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000, with potential health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
