Enterprise Community Loan Fund (ECLF), an affiliate of Enterprise Community Partners, is hiring an operations and program management professional to manage entity-level policies, procedures, business systems, data governance, audits, contracts, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports lending and capital program development and execution, coordinates compliance, reporting, documentation, and program monitoring, and serves as a key contact across ECLF and Enterprise support departments. Candidates need an undergraduate degree, five to seven years of community development or lending industry experience emphasizing finance and lending-capital structuring, strong project or operations management skills, legal-document interpretation ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
