Description
C12 is hiring an Operations & Reliability Manager to build and lead the operations function for its Paris-based quantum-computing production facility. The role owns facility and equipment availability, preventive and predictive maintenance, monitoring dashboards, utilities, external contractors, on-call and shift coverage, safety, and operational readiness, while managing the operations budget and growing a technician team. The position reports to the R&D Operations lead and requires 6–8 years of operations, maintenance, or reliability experience in a technically demanding, critical-uptime environment, along with leadership, budgeting, data, and facility-management experience.
