AECOM is hiring a West Region Operations & Technical Delivery Lead to oversee operations, technical delivery, project governance, and performance across the West Region and AECOM sectors including Buildings & Places, Transportation, and Energy & Water. The role leads Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, manages financial and operational KPIs, supports growth and client development, optimizes resources, and oversees risk, quality, compliance, and delivery excellence. Candidates need 15–20 years of relevant engineering, design, project delivery, or technical leadership experience, significant experience with complex critical infrastructure projects, knowledge of multidisciplinary systems and delivery models, and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
