Description
The Operations and Visual Manager is a store leadership role responsible for operational and visual strategy, inventory accuracy, labor planning, scheduling, sell-through management, budget and business reporting, team leadership, succession planning, and execution of the ALO Flow experience. The role requires 3–5 years of retail or related leadership experience, MS Office knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season shifts.
