Lowe’s is hiring an Operations Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of associates and support store operations, customer service, sales and margin goals, inventory availability, safety, and operational efficiency. The role may provide full leadership over the store, requires availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and may involve occasional travel. Candidates need retail leadership and fast-paced cross-functional experience, manager-on-duty experience, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to obtain required sales licensure; retail logistics, home improvement, and store-system experience are preferred.
