Sensience is hiring an Assembler to join its manufacturing team and assemble glass-to-metal seals. The role involves independently assembling components, verifying paperwork and materials, loading and unloading ovens, documenting changes, performing basic troubleshooting, inspecting products, and supporting production operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of glass-to-metal seal or comparable small-part assembly experience, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
