Description
Accor is hiring an Area Manager / District Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of 3- to 5-star hotel properties across an assigned geographic territory. The role supervises hotel operations, commercial performance, quality compliance, revenue and occupancy, customer satisfaction, reporting, and team development, while serving as the primary contact between general management and local teams. The position is based in France with regular travel and a company car, and requires multi-site hospitality management experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, frequent mobility, and a Category B driving license.
