INVISTA is hiring an entry-level Operations Assistant in Seaford, Delaware, to support Nylon fiber production in either Spinning or Finishing operations. The role involves moving materials, operating production equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, sorting products by quality, following work instructions, communicating production and safety concerns, and entering information into computer systems. The position requires rotating shifts, physical work in an industrial environment, PPE, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds; manufacturing or warehouse experience, powered equipment operation, and quality or inventory experience are advantageous. Starting pay is up to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
