Description
The Trailer Yard Operations Specialist maintains a safe, organized, and customer-focused trailer rental yard by processing rental agreements, conducting trailer check-in and check-out inspections, tracking inventory, coordinating customer deliveries, performing minor repairs and cleaning, and operating yard equipment. The role also handles customer service, account applications, driver dispatch, sales orders, and communication with the rental office and service personnel. A high school diploma or GED, related education or training, a current state driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical yard work are required.
