Description
Rhythm is hiring a seasonal Operations Assistant for its Niseko operation from December through March, working approximately 30 to 40 hours per week at ¥1,750 per hour. The role provides operational and logistical support for Kids Multi-Day and Futures Seasonal Programs, including child check-in, equipment and vehicle readiness, transport, program administration, staff and guest support, and incident escalation. It does not involve lesson or guide delivery, staff allocation, sales, bookings, or formal guest communication. Candidates need experience in operations, administration, customer service, childcare, recreation, snowsports, or a comparable seasonal environment; experience with children and logistics is desirable, and a valid Japanese or recognised international driver licence with winter-driving confidence is required.
