Description
The role coordinates daily last-mile dispatch operations by managing DSPs and drivers, preparing and releasing routes, handling redelivery assignments and exception packages, correcting delivery addresses, monitoring performance and compliance, and maintaining communication across dispatch, warehouse, and management teams. The position requires logistics or dispatch experience, familiarity with the DSP model and driver performance management, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, Excel and dispatch-system proficiency, and preferably bilingual English/Chinese ability.
