Description
The Operations Assistant supports a luxury retail boutique by assisting stylists and the sales team, expediting stock, managing client appointments, processing transactions, maintaining inventory and store operations, handling transfers and alterations, and supporting client relationships. The role requires an associate’s degree or higher, at least two years of luxury retail experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work. Base pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour.
