The Java Cafe- Harmony Church evening-shift Operations Supervisor monitors business operations, ensures schedules and priorities are followed, provides service and pricing information, maintains order, handles cash and inventory, performs fire and security checks, and provides administrative supervision to employees. The role requires direct deposit and a Social Security Card, eligibility and background checks, possible weekend, weekday, holiday, and night duty, and may require a Tier 1 background investigation. No prior experience is required.
