Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Assistant Superintendent for its Operations team in Sparks, Nevada. The role supports contract requirements and project safety, schedule, and quality objectives; oversees on-site workforces, sequencing, inspections, logistics, and risk; coordinates office and field teams; and mentors associates. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a construction or engineering-related field or at least three years of equivalent experience, along with strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Commercial construction project management and safety, quality, and schedule experience are preferred. The position includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, an annual bonus program, and night- or swing-shift differentials for select roles.
