ICF Habitat is hiring a full-time Operations Assistant (Work-Study) on an apprenticeship contract in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The role supports property rehabilitation project management by monitoring administrative, financial, and technical operations; assisting with feasibility, development, and construction phases; preparing consultation documents, tenders, insurance files, meeting minutes, and acceptance reports; and coordinating stakeholders. Applicants should be pursuing or hold a BTS in Executive Assistance, Real Estate Professions, or an equivalent qualification, with an interest in construction and real estate. The position is available for the September 2026 intake and includes health insurance, public transport, and restaurant benefits.
