Kith is hiring an Operations Associate for its Vancouver store. The role manages back-of-house merchandise flow from delivery to the sales floor, supports inventory, merchandising, housekeeping, customer service, and store operations, and requires flexible availability, retail operations experience, basic computer skills, organization, communication, and the ability to perform physical retail tasks. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour plus commissions, with full-time or part-time status.
