Description
Copia Power is hiring an Operations Associate to support the performance, reliability, optimization, and contractual compliance of its utility-scale solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage portfolio in Arizona. The individual contributor will conduct site visits, troubleshoot PV and BESS equipment and monitoring systems, analyze availability and site-performance data, coordinate with operations and maintenance providers, track operational KPIs and service-level agreements, prepare operating reports, and assist with budgeting and corrective actions. The role requires at least three years of relevant renewable-energy operations, field engineering, or O&M experience, knowledge of SCADA, DAS, networks, PV/BESS, and substations, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, on-site work in Arizona, and up to 15% travel.
