ALO is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Operations Associate for its Huntington Station, New York retail store. The role supports store profitability and efficiency through inventory accuracy, shipment and receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom standards, reporting, supplies, facilities, customer service, and operational projects. It requires at least one year of client-centric sales and operations experience, customer-service skills, physical ability to move up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts, and availability for shifts of at least four hours, including the holiday blackout period. Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with potential monthly store incentives and benefits.
