Description
The Operations Associate supports Alphaland’s front-facing member and guest experience by greeting members, assisting with check-ins, account updates, payments, and inquiries, processing POS transactions, driving retail and product sales, maintaining merchandise and floor standards, and supporting inventory and facility operations. The role reports to the Gym Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience, and is an hourly, onsite position at the headquarters location.
