Arch is hiring an Operations Associate for a rotational program that begins in Summer 2027 and includes four 3-month rotations across Implementation, Client Success, and Data Operations. The role supports clients, reconciles investment information, manages accurate data and documents, solves ambiguous problems, and improves workflows. Applicants should be current college seniors graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027, with strong ownership, communication, learning, attention to detail, curiosity, and drive. The role is primarily onsite in New York City, with Boston candidates considered for select roles.
