Description
The Operations Associate will perform daily operational tasks across Engineering, Production, and Process departments at a manufacturing facility, support process improvement and engineering projects, collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality teams, assist with production KPI data analysis and reporting, and follow safety, health, and environmental standards. The role is intended for fresh or recent graduates with up to two years of work experience, an engineering degree, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English and a local language; Python and SQL proficiency is advantageous.
