Description
The part-time Operations Associate provides welcoming guest service throughout the Kamin Science Center campus, supports group visits and parking lot operations, maintains exhibit galleries, responds to guest feedback and concerns, and collaborates with the Operations Management Team. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, flexibility for weekend, holiday, and evening hours, and the ability to move throughout the museum and campus. Pennsylvania child abuse, state police, FBI fingerprint, and criminal background clearances are required.
