Description
The CB2 Operations Associate supports store operations by maintaining an efficient stockroom, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, fulfilling customer orders, conducting inventory checks, stocking the sales floor, supporting displays and seasonal changes, greeting customers, and maintaining safety and loss-prevention standards. The role reports to the Assistant Store Leader and requires strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and basic data-entry skills; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
