Description
Chemelex is hiring an on-site Operations Associate to support production of Trace Tek sensor components in a fast-paced team environment. The role rotates across workstations and performs kitting, assembly, spooling, cable assembly, sub-assembly, packaging, testing, in-process and final inspection, documentation, and safe use of tools and equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent related experience, at least one year of assembly experience, basic math and MRP knowledge, strong dexterity, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively under deadlines.
