Operations Associate at Crate & Barrel

The C&B Operations Associate supports store operations by processing customer orders, maintaining an organized stockroom, performing inventory checks, supporting visual merchandising, assisting with customer service and payments, and promoting sales through product knowledge and demonstrations. The role reports to the Assistant Store Leader and requires strong communication, multitasking, safety awareness, and the ability to use store systems; customer service and retail experience are preferred.
