Description
Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates to support its warehouse operations. Reporting to a Site Leader, the role involves picking and packing customer orders, receiving and counting vendor products, managing inventory and canceled orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, handling waste and spoilage under FIFO, and contacting customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items. Candidates must be at least 18, work a fluid schedule including peak hours from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., have basic web-based software knowledge, and be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly.
