Description
Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates to support its warehouse operations. Reporting to a Site Leader, the role involves picking and packing items for customer dispatch, receiving and counting vendor products, managing inventory and canceled orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, handling waste and spoilage through FIFO compliance, and contacting customers about substituted or out-of-stock items. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, work flexible schedules including peak hours from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., have basic web-based software knowledge, and be able to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively. Restaurant, retail, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
