Junction is hiring a remote Operations Associate based in the Philippines to support lab test processing, vendor coordination, system monitoring, issue resolution, customer support, and operational workflows. The role works with the Lab Operations team, customers, diagnostic labs, healthcare partners, and internal engineering and support teams, and requires 2–5+ years of professional experience, strong written communication, and familiarity with remote-work tools. Compensation is $1,500 monthly plus a health insurance stipend and other benefits.
