Description
The Grain Operations Associate supports the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of grain by assisting with elevator operations, receiving, drying, unloading, measuring, and loading grain; operating or training for locomotive work; maintaining grain conditions; supporting fertilizer and chemical operations; maintaining equipment and facilities; and providing customer service. The role requires physical, hands-on work, outdoor and seasonal work, safety compliance, teamwork, travel between locations, and a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or the ability to obtain one.
