Description
Reformation is hiring an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments, markdowns, back-of-house organization, visual merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention. The role requires at least 20 hours per week, availability for three days per week including weekends, and at least one year of relevant experience in a fast-paced service environment. Compensation is $16–$25 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement planning support, and other benefits.
