Sagetap is hiring an Operations Associate to build and execute its first operations function, reporting directly to leadership. The role covers people operations, hiring, compliance, IT and equipment, legal administration, culture, vendor and contract management, onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, SOC 2 Type 2 controls, events, action-item follow-through, and process development. It requires 2–4 years of experience in business or people operations, strong organization and written communication, comfort with ambiguity, and fluency with modern work tools. The position offers $85,000–$110,000 in base salary, early-stage equity, 401(k), and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
