Serve Robotics is hiring an Operations Associate to support autonomous delivery robots in the field. The role involves maintaining robot readiness, assisting with deployments, performing light maintenance such as sensor cleaning, tracking and closing escalation tickets, operating company vehicles or e-bikes, managing end-of-shift recovery, and documenting incidents. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive utility vehicles, lift up to 50 pounds, interact professionally with customers, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include Jira experience, last-mile delivery or robotics experience, Slack experience, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
