SMCP is hiring a full-time or part-time Operations Associate in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, to support back-of-house store operations and the customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandise processing, transfers, markdowns, visual merchandising, inventory control, cycle counts, stockroom organization, asset protection, POS, and customer greeting. The role requires at least one year of sales-support experience, strong organization and attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills, scheduling flexibility, and bilingual ability in certain markets.
