SMCP is hiring a full-time Operations Associate for its Sandro flagship store on Prince Street in New York City. The role supports back-of-house operations by processing incoming merchandise, coordinating store transfers, managing markdowns and RTVs, assisting with visual merchandising and inventory control, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting POS operations, and assisting customers. Candidates need at least one year of sales-support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and bilingual capabilities are a plus. The position offers a base hourly pay range of $21–$23.50 USD, individual commission, sales incentives, a cell phone contribution, and health, retirement, paid-time-off, parental-leave, and other benefits.
