UPS is hiring a full-time Operations Associate in Spino d'Adda, Italy, to manage domestic and international shipments from pickup through final delivery. The role coordinates with warehouses, carriers, suppliers, customers, and international partners; prepares waybills and transport documentation; supports import/export and customs procedures; monitors shipment status; and resolves operational issues. The position requires a high school diploma or degree, excellent Italian and English, Microsoft Office knowledge, teamwork, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. It is permanent, on-site, 40 hours per week, and pays €22,000–€26,000.
