SURMESUR is hiring a part-time Operations Associate - Boutique in Québec to support boutique operations, supplier communication, customer order preparation and follow-up, inventory updates, coordination with the sewing atelier and sales teams, and made-to-measure customer service. The role pays $17–$18 per hour, requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong communication and time-management skills, autonomy, and bilingual French and English proficiency; Google Workspace and men’s fashion knowledge are assets. The position offers 32 hours per week, with the possibility of 40 hours, along with vacation, clothing allowance, discounts, savings programs, and training.
