The role covers driver acquisition and onboarding, performance, engagement and retention, logistics capacity and vendor management, London e-bike operations, incident resolution, operational queries, and data-driven process improvements. It requires 3–5 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, gig-economy or driver operations, experience with self-employed or contractor workforces, analytical and communication skills, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
