Description
The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, receiving and replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom standards, reporting, budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, and customer needs. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, customer service, and availability for a full-time schedule of 32–40 hours per week, including the Blackout period. Compensation is $17.00–$23.00 per hour in New York, New York, with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other benefits.
