Description
The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, investigating shrink, coordinating shipments and replenishment, maintaining visual standards, supporting reporting and vendor relationships, and assisting customers. The role requires at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment, physical ability to move up to 50 pounds and perform store-floor tasks, and availability for a full-time schedule of 32–40 hours, seven days per week, including the Blackout period.
