Rapido Solutions Group is hiring a Carrier Dispatcher in Guadalajara to manage carrier relationships, dispatch drivers, track shipments through the TMS, resolve carrier issues, coordinate communications, register accessorials, and support process improvements. The role follows a Monday–Tuesday 23:00–07:00 and Saturday–Sunday 17:00–05:00 schedule, pays 17,500 MXN, and requires B2 English, strong communication and computer skills, and preferably one year of applicable carrier sales, freight brokerage, or transportation and logistics experience.
