Description
The SMA Reconciliation Operations Associate reconciles client portfolios against custody statements, resolves trade, currency, and corporate action discrepancies, maintains client records, prepares internal and external reports, and documents processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least four years of financial services experience, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. It follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week and an expected 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST shift. The expected base salary is $70,000–$140,000 per year, with additional compensation and benefits available.
