Description
The Operations Associate supports Parametric’s Oversight Management team by verifying client account and transaction data before trading, processing account changes and cash activities, maintaining documentation and risk and control reports, updating account parameters, and handling bulk change requests. The role partners with Portfolio Managers and other operations teams, requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and offers a hybrid schedule with office work three days per week. The stated salary range is $70,000 to $140,000 per year, with possible discretionary incentive compensation.
