OneAmerica Financial is hiring an Operations Associate to support Individual Life Financial Services by processing and validating policy service requests, reviewing documentation, analyzing policy data, resolving escalated issues, maintaining transaction records, monitoring workflow queues, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of customer service experience, and preferably insurance operations or Individual Life Financial Services experience.
