Description
The Private Debt Operations Specialist will support the Private Debt Operations Team by coordinating trade settlements, wire transfers, fundings, allocations, and cash-flow activities across primary and secondary debt transactions. The role works with portfolio managers, deal and finance teams, trustees, custodians, agent banks, and compliance groups, while maintaining accuracy in WSO, ClearPar, BlackMountain, and TresVista systems and supporting new fund onboarding, operational controls, audits, and reporting. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, on a hybrid schedule, and offers a base salary of $72,000 to $130,000 plus potential discretionary incentive compensation.
